I'm really disappointed because of the situation I am in. I have been
a huge fan of the Harry Potter series for 9 to 10 years now, however,
I never got to actually reading the books. I know it doesn't make
sense but I grew up watching the movies, playing the games, and many
other things. I just never had an interest in reading for most of my
years but I have gained a lot of interest now. My one sibling has all
but the 6th book and has read almost all of them. So, like many
others, I have grown up around it and have come to enjoy it A LOT. I
just want to read the 7 books because they are obviously the real part
of the HP series. I just feel OVERWHELMED because I would only have
like 2 weeks. That means the first few I would spend a day each on.
However, I am a very good reader and can read at a very good pace. The
other problem is that I want to buy my own set of books so I can keep
with me and plus a few of my sisters books are a little bit worn but
overall they are in good condition (I will post a link of what I'm
thinking to buy). My parents would like me to just read my sisters but
I'm so focused on buying my own brand new, shiny set. I thought about
it and because my sister grew up with those books I thought it would
mean something if I instead read the ones she grew up with. But I'm
still not sure. I need to buy my tickets soon and want to go on the
opening day or possibly the midnight premiere. I don't want to have to
wait longer. Do you think it is possible? I really like the story and
I have lots of free time as of now. Plus I can easily get into it and
be entertained for hours. ANY HELP?
